This currently applies to all of our stores in New South Wales, Victoria and Canberra
In line with government restrictions, Bailey Nelson stores are open for essential appointments only, by appointment. Please call the store to book in to see the optometrist. All patients will be screened prior to their appointment.
We are currently not open for browsing or other retail services. Please call your nearest store for advice on collections and emergency repairs.
Masks are required for all customers and staff at all times while in store, as well as mandatory checking in with the relevant QR code prior to entry.
Recent & future purchases: If you have ordered a pair prior to lockdown, our team will be in touch with you to arrange for you to receive your order.
At this stage, there is no impact or delay to orders. We have been working hard with our suppliers and partners to ensure we have a smooth supply chain over this period. As such, we still anticipate a fast and efficient delivery, with little to no disruption, within 2 weeks as standard.

Shop online with us
As always, all of our glasses, sunglasses and contact lenses are available to purchase easily online. We offer free shipping on all orders over $20 and 30 day returns. We also have almost all of our frames available to try on using our Virtual Try On tool.
Health fund claims
As always, we accept all major health funds. You will receive an itemised receipt from us after purchasing online or over the phone, so you can easily lodge a claim with your private health fund.
