To all our valued customers,

With considerable sadness, we write to advise you that from the end of the day tomorrow, Friday 27th of March, we will be shutting all our physical stores across Australia for at least 4 weeks in support of the worldwide effort to keep our communities safe. Given the rapidly changing environment, our re-opening dates will be reassessed as events develop. 

We would like to thank you for your understanding and the support you have shown us up until now. Our customers are at the heart of our business and we can’t wait to continue to service you when it is safe to do so. 


Online Shopping: 

You can continue to shop with us online and have your glasses, sunglasses, contact lenses and accessories shipped direct to you in the comfort of your home. We offer free delivery and are also happy to accept returns for full-price optical and sunglass products. In light of the fact that you will not be able to try on frames in our stores, we have made it easier  by extending our returns policy from 30 to 60 days. 


Recent Purchases: 

If you have recently purchased glasses or contact lenses and are waiting for them to arrive, we will contact you when they are ready and will organise a free delivery directly to you. 

If you have frames and lenses ready to be picked up, you can visit us tomorrow or we will contact you to organise free postage.  Alternatively, pop into store and we can help you with any last minute needs. Please make sure you check our updated store open hours before popping in.


Eye health

Your eye health remains our top priority. We are actively reviewing all pre booked appointments and have put in steps to ensure continuity of care. For regular eye checks, we have reset your appointment reminder for 6 months from today. You are more than welcome to come in for an eye test as soon as we reopen.
