The Homer is a thin acetate frame with minimalistic metal arms and a classic rounded shape. This vintage-inspired frame offers a timeless look suitable for any occasion. Please note: the Havana colourway features a Category 2 polarised sun lens; the remaining colourways feature a Category 3 polarised sun lens.

Metal as anything
All our steel frames are plated in either gold or silver (yep, real gold or silver is applied using a traditional technique called electroplating). Essentially each frame has an electric current run through them to allow the gold or silver to evenly cover the metal surface. This improves the overall surface quality of each frame and increases resistance to corrosion.

Our German engineered barrelled hinges have been tested to more than 100,000 uses! That’s right, after 100,000 tests they were still working in perfect order. We always use the highest hinge-barrel count a frame will allow to add strength and to ensure your frames last their longest life with you.

Our custom wire cores feature our BN wordmark, face shape engravings or wave pattern (a homage to our coastal roots) and are designed in Sydney, German engineered and crafted in China.
